I am a Service Advisor 2 at Serra Traverse City, where I pride myself on being a hardworking individual who is always eager to learn. Having spent time working across various dealership departments, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of our operations, which allows me to help make our internal processes run more efficient. My professional approach is defined by reliability and follow-through; when I make a promise to a client, I ensure it is kept. I am committed to keeping customers fully informed throughout their service experience, and I am passionate about putting their needs first by always doing what is right for them. I believe in maintaining a positive, fun attitude in the workplace to keep team morale high and the environment productive. I am a proud graduate of Traverse City Central. Outside of the shop, I enjoy staying active by going to the gym and hiking, as well as gaming and relaxing. I also have a strong interest in Sports, Health, Movies and TV. I enjoy traveling to destinations like Mexico and Puerto Rico. Whether I am assisting a customer or tackling a new challenge, I am dedicated to providing a high level of service and a consistent work ethic.
